　　在举重的硬朗世界里，侯志慧犹如一股清新的力士风，她不仅以超凡的小猴子力量征服了观众，更以她独特的双响个性赢得了人们的喜爱。这位1997年出生的报丨湖南妹子，从小活泼好动，侯志慧既活泼被亲昵地称为“小猴子”。也沉不同寻常的力士活力与勇气，在她成长的小猴子过程中逐渐转化为无与伦比的力量与决心。小时候的双响侯志慧在一次田径运动会上被启蒙教练发现，从11岁开始练举重，报丨她用了不到8年的时间从业余体校进入国家队，这期间付出了常人难以想象的努力与汗水。在2016年，侯志慧获得了里约奥运会的参赛资格，但命运弄人，她最终未能踏上奥运舞台。2021年东京奥运会上，身着里约奥运会时发的衣服，侯志慧终于迎来了自己的高光时刻，她以抓举94公斤、挺举116公斤、总成绩210公斤的成绩夺冠，同时刷新了三项奥运纪录。而在2024年巴黎奥运会的赛场上，侯志慧一度陷入劣势，但她凭借着坚强的意志和出色的技术，最终实现了惊人的逆转，以打破挺举纪录的117公斤重量夺冠。

　　In the tough world of weightlifting, Hou Zhihui is like a breath of fresh air. She has not only conquered the audience with her extraordinary strength but also won people's affection with her unique personality. Born in 1997 in Hunan, this lively and active girl was affectionately known as the "little monkey" since childhood. Her unusual vitality and courage gradually transformed into unparalleled strength and determination as she grew up. Hou Zhihui was discovered by her mentor at a track and field event, and she started weightlifting at the age of 11. It took her less than eight years to move from an amateur sports school to the national team, during which she made unimaginable efforts. In 2016, Hou Zhihui qualified for the Rio Olympics, but fate played a trick on her, and she ultimately could not step onto the Olympic stage. At the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, wearing the clothes she received for the Rio Olympics, Hou Zhihui finally ushered in her moment of glory. She won the championship with a snatch of 94 kg, a clean and jerk of 116 kg, and a total score of 210 kg, setting three Olympic records. At the 2024 Paris Olympics, Hou Zhihui was at a disadvantage at one point, but with her strong will and excellent technique, she ultimately achieved an astonishing comeback, winning the championship with a clean and jerk record of 117 kg.
